Active & Safe Initiative
The Coaching Association of Canada (CAC), as the leader of coach education and training in Canada, announced our involvement in the Public Health Agency of Canada’s Active and Safe initiative last month. As a coach, you need something that will help explain the facts in an easy, accurate, and user-friendly manner. The CAC, in coordination with Canadian Sport for Life (CS4L), created the document: “Long-Term Athlete Development Information for Parents” to help coaches educate the parents of the children in their programs.

Is there a template for properly tracking her food and hydration intake? It seems to me that if she can see what she is consuming and when, she would be more likely to improve her habits.
