Broomball Canada

2027 Host Cities Announced

Tuesday, April 21, 2026

Canada’s broomball community is gearing up for an exciting spring in 2027, as two major national championships are set to bring together top talent from across the country in both youth and adult divisions.

The 2027 U20 Canadian Broomball Nationals will take place from March 31 to April 3 at the Woolwich Memorial Centre in Elmira. Featuring both boys’ and girls’ divisions, the event will showcase the next generation of elite broomball athletes competing for national titles. Teams and supporters will be accommodated in the nearby Kitchener / Waterlooregion, offering convenient access to the venue and local amenities.

A highlight of the championship weekend will be the official banquet held at St. George’s Banquet Hall, where athletes, coaches, and organizers will gather to celebrate performances and sportsmanship. Fans can stay updated by following the event on social media via their Facebook and Instagram platforms.

Shortly after, the focus shifts west as the 2027 Canadian Broomball Nationals head to Nisku from April 13 to 17. Hosted at the Silent Ice Center, the tournament will feature Women’s, Mixed, Masters, and Men’s divisions, bringing together some of the country’s most experienced and competitive teams.

Together, these two national events highlight the depth and growth of broomball in Canada—from rising U20 athletes to seasoned veterans—while providing communities across the country the opportunity to host and celebrate the sport at the highest level.
